Life couldn't be any better....
God is doing amazing things in my heart preparing me for marriage and a future with Sean. The people I have been surrounding myself with this semester are teaching me new things every day.
I'm learning to have joy in the Lord and my faith has been strengthen beyond words. A happiness and peace that has surrounded me is unbreakable and everyday I realize how blessed I am.
For so many years I would pray, not expecting anything to come of it, and not having the faith that Christ could move mountains. Now as my faith grows and I realize how He can move mountains, I wonder how much I have missed out on the last 16 years as a Christian because I didn't have that faith.
Wedding planning is finally coming together and I can't believe God's hands in things. We booked a venue this weekend and its beautiful. It was cheap, and we got the last Saturday between May and September! :) It's the little things that come together that you know God orchestrated. Things like the gold curtains on the stage. So silly, but they match the gold of my bridesmaid dresses perfectly. Things like a wall of windows that have spotlights over them making them beautiful at night. The two fountains on either sides and the balconies overlooking them. Being 10 minutes from the airport so we won't have an hour drive to our hotel room on our wedding night. Christian vendors that don't take advantage of you and spend 2 to 3 hours talking to you about their life and how they want to make your wedding day perfect.
So far we've got the venue, (no church yet!), photographer, DJ, tuxes, bridesmaid dresses, invitation lady, florist, cake...and honeymoon (country at least :) )

Sean went to career fair a few weeks ago and the next day got a call from a company wanting an interview with him. (Granted he will not graduate for 10 more months...this was more of a "preliminary career fair.") After he went to the "orientation meeting" he realized some of his peers called them wanting an interview and were told that they were all booked out. How awesome is it that they called him?
As he walked in the first question they asked him was what they as a company could do to hire him and keep him from going to the engineering company he worked for the last 3 summers. Needless to say Sean was a little speechless :)
And it's once again another way God has blessed us with excellent opportunities and solid career paths.
Off to study more :)
