school

Well school started about a week ago. Wedding planning has ceased for the most part for now. I'm trying to stay on top of school and not get behind like last year.
I did bring in my 30 wedding magazines I got free off craigslist last year. The roomies and I have been flipping through those randomly the past few days. (Both of my roommates are engaged, it's such a fun experience!)
It's really nice because all three of us have the same rants and complaints and completely understand how excited you get over choosing wedding colors. Wedding isn't all we talk about, but its probably 70% of it. It's great to have people in the exact same place you are in life.
I'm still having the same fight with the venue issue. Spent 3 hours on the internet/phone talking to possible locations and nothing is just clicking. I'm waiting for "that moment." I've had it with the gown, with the favors, with the bridesmaid's dresses, with the ring, with the tux....it has to come with the venue too right?
Another one of Sean and I's friends got engaged this past weekend! It's so exciting. As of right now we have 6 weddings in a 7 week period next summer (3 of which are in the same weekend....) It's going to be a crazy summer. I'm in a couple, and he thinks he might be in a couple too...so we get to close out everyone's summer with our wedding, which is fun! (of course for the last 3 months of our engagement we're going to be hanging out with all "old" married people :) )
I finally loaded my dress pictures of my computer yesterday and got all excited about my gown again! That has by far been the best part of wedding planning- other then the fact that after the wedding I get to spend the rest of my life with my best friend (cliche-yes, true- yes) I sent the pictures to my mom and my FMIL (after swearing them to secrecy!) and can't wait to see his expression when he sees me in them!

Ok so recap- this post tells you nothing. But that's where I am- no new updates. But it will come when God is ready for it too.
